LeBron James On The MVP: “I Would Vote For Me”

◼️ The Cleveland Cavaliers star said he deserves the award “for all the work done” since, at 33 years old, he is at his “best moment”.

LeBron James is the highest figure in the NBA. However, the irregularity of his team, the Cleveland Cavaliers, this season is playing tricks on him to be considered by the specialized journalists (they are the ones who vote) as the favorite for the Most Valuable Player of the regular season. The one who has all the chips to keep the prize is James Harden, star of the Houston Rockets.

Either way, the 33-year-old born in Akron said that if he had one of the votes, he would vote for himself: “I would vote for myself, for all the work I’ve done, for how the season has gone, so what happened to our team, how we managed so many injuries, the changes, I would definitely vote for myself”, he said.

“Obviously I’ve had some incredible seasons before, but I think I’m at my best from a full player point of view, I’ve worked my body and my mind to try to do what they’re seeing I do”, he added for AP News .

LeBron averages 27.5 points, 8.6 rebounds and 9.1 assists in the current season, while his team is third in the Eastern Conference with a record of 44-30.
