1. NO DELAYS

It’s common that at the beginning of the day you prefer to stay a while longer in bed or at the end of work activities consider it better to retire to your home. Planning your workouts with a friend or partner, will help you to be punctual in the gym or simply not to postpone it.


2. IMPROVE YOUR TECHNIQUE

Practicing with someone else will help you correct postures, detect possible mechanical deficiencies and perform stretches or exercises that can be complex if performed separately.
