As every summer for ten seasons, the NBA has interviewed the rookies of the last draft to know their impressions on which of them will stand out both in the 2018-19 campaign and the coming ones, also to see what their referents are among the players who have already built a career in the league. On this last vote, there are no surprises. As happened in the Rookie Survey 2017-18, LeBron James is the favorite for rookies who will debut in just under two months.
The now-player of Los Angeles Lakers reaches 29% of the votes, which makes him practically calculate the result harvested a year ago when he went up to 31%. Next are tied in second place Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant, both with 9%.
The following players also received votes: Kobe Bryant; DeMarcus Cousins, Anthony Davis, George Paul, James Harden, Jrue Holiday, Justin Holiday, Kyrie Irving, Jusuf Nurkic, John Wall, and Nick Young. Regarding these players, it is worth noting that Kobe Bryant, winner of five rings with the Los Angeles Lakers, continues to achieve votes two years after his retirement, something that further enhances his excellent career.
