Virgin Galactic, the company of British billionaire Richard Branson, has embarked on a commercial space trip. Keisha Shahaf, a health consultant from Antigua and Barbuda in the Caribbean, has won two lottery tickets. He has decided to go on a space trip with his 16-year-old daughter.

According to the AFP news agency, the ticket will provide the opportunity to go into space on the first tourist rocket of the California-based company of the United States. The two tickets cost 1 million US dollars. Local time on Wednesday, Virgin Galactic announced that the woman had won the ticket.

Keisha Shahaf said the woman who won the two tickets was 44 years old. Her daughter is a science student, studying in the UK. The girl’s dream is to one day work for the US space agency NASA. So Keisha wants to go to space with her daughter.

Keisha got the news of winning the ticket from Richard Branson, the founder of Virgin Galactic. Branson visited Keisha’s home in early November.

A health coach from the Caribbean nation of Antigua and Barbuda has won two tickets worth almost $1 million, the company said Wednesday. This 44-year-old named Keisha Schahaff said she wanted to take the flight into Earth’s orbit with her 17-year-old daughter who is a science student living in Britain.

Schahaff won the prize after entering a fundraiser lottery organized by Virgin Galactic on the Omaze platform, which raised $1.7 million. The money will be donated to the NGO Space for Humanity, which works for wider access to space.

Shahaf won the award after signing up for a fundraising lottery organized by Virgin Galactic through a US company called the Omaj Platform. Through this, 16 lakh dollars have been collected. The money will be given to a space agency called Space for Humanity.

It was not immediately clear how many dollars Shahaf paid for the lottery. In this lottery you have to register by donating a minimum of 10 US dollars. About 165,000 people took part in the lottery, Virgin Galactic said in a statement. One of them won two tickets.
