Nadal Recovers From His Injury By Swimming: “Every Day I Feel Better”

◼️ The Balearic tennis player posted a video on Instagram in which he is seen doing a long freestyle in a covered facility of his Manacor academy.

Unfortunately, Rafa Nadal is not competing these days in Indian Wells as his wish would have been. But the Balearic tennis player is not losing much less time: he is focused on trying to recover as soon as possible from the psoas-iliac injury of the right leg that affects him since the Australian Open and that has prevented him from being in both first Masters 1,000 of the season (will not attend next week to Miami).

Among other things, Nadal is working in the pool, taking advantage of the magnificent facilities available to him at the Rafa Nadal Academy in Manacor. The Balearic tennis player has posted a video in which he is seen swimming in the indoor pool, with a hopeful message: “Every day better.”

Rafa, after doing a long with much calm, takes off his glasses and waves with his thumb up to all the fans. Good omens and good disposition also the number two in the world, which hopes to be ready for the start of the ground season, which will start on April 15 in Monte Carlo.
