◼️ Lebron James took it upon himself to win game 2 and tie the series leading into Indiana.
After scoring the first 16 points of the game and having 46 in total by the end, it’s remarkable to watch a team that can’t do anything except open the court for Lebron to do his thing. This is where you can really notice the absence of Kyrie Irving, nobody, not even Love was making important plays.
It must be exausting that every time Lebron goes to the bench and rest, it’s like the Pacers have a HUGE advantage over the Cavs, and no matter the lead that Lebron was able to establish, the Pacers bounce back once he’s off the court. JR Smith is nowhere to be seen, Love might be injured after today’s game and Korver always has a man next to him making it very hard for him to score.
If Love doesn’t come back for this series, I see it very difficult for the Cavs to come out alive from this series. That’s the first time you’ve heard or seen Lebron in this situation. Imagine having 7 straight finals and just because one player left you, the Cavs won’t make it out of the first round. This is unless The King delivers something remarkable and even then it might not be enough.
